The cottage is a beautiful and cozy place to stay, with lovely beam features and spacious rooms. the hosts are welcoming and generous, providing butter, milk, and other essentials. There are plenty of facilities within the cottage, including a well-equipped kitchen and a variety of games and jigsaws. the location is perfect for walks in the countryside, with guides and maps available. the nearby Olde Mustard Pot Pub offers a great spot for food and drinks. it is a fantastic place to relax and enjoy the surrounding nature.

The access to the property can be a bit tricky due to the acute turn in the road.

The decoration of the cottage was absolutely charming, with beautiful beams and a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The general areas were well-maintained and had a warm and inviting ambiance. As a senior woman, I appreciated that the cottage was easily accessible with no steep stairs or difficult obstacles to navigate.

I would have loved to see more options for activities specifically tailored to senior guests. It would have been nice to have some organized social events or outings for the older generation to connect and make new friends.

The cottage we stayed in was absolutely beautiful, with charming beam features that added a rustic touch. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The well-equipped kitchen and large dining table were perfect for our group, allowing us to enjoy delicious meals together. We also appreciated the selection of games and jigsaw puzzles provided, keeping us entertained during our stay.

That the upper bedroom lacked privacy due to large windows facing the living space, with only thin net curtains for coverage. The lack of proper curtains made us feel a bit exposed, as anyone in the living area could potentially see into the bedroom.
